How should I care for Hozospaul's silk or printed fabrics?

To preserve the delicate luster and color of silk, dry cleaning is recommended. Alternatively, hand wash in cold water with a neutral detergent, avoiding forceful wringing or machine drying. For cotton, linen, or blended fabrics, hand washing and natural flat drying in the shade are also recommended to extend the garment's lifespan.

In-stock items will be shipped within 24-48 hours and will arrive in Taiwan within approximately 3-4 business days.
For pre-order or custom-made items, the production time stated on the product page shall apply.

What is the approximate production lead time for custom-made series?

Each bespoke creation embodies craftsmanship and time. From initial measurements and detailed discussions to final delivery, the process typically takes 2 to 5 months. The specific timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the design and fabric availability. We recommend allowing ample time to witness the birth of your unique piece with us.

If I want to make minor adjustments to clothing after purchase, do you offer alteration services?

Custom-made items include one free size adjustment service within one year of receiving the product.
Fashion collection products do not accept size modifications. If the size is not suitable, we offer return and exchange services. Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for details.

If the size doesn't fit after receiving it, can I return or exchange it?

Fashion Collection: If the size is unsuitable or the product does not meet your expectations, we offer one free exchange/size adjustment service. Please note that due to our brand's commitment to sustainability and refined production, we do not offer returns, except for serious product defects.


Custom-made: As these are specially customized products, returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, you are entitled to one complimentary minor size adjustment within one year of receiving the item.

We recommend referring to the size chart or contacting us for consultation before placing an order to ensure you select the most suitable item.

Do you offer gift wrapping for purchases?
