Section 2 - Our Products
We have made every effort to display product colors accurately. However, due to variations in display settings on different screens, actual colors may vary. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Section 3 - Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order is officially formed only after we confirm acceptance (or send a shipping notification). Your purchase transaction is governed by our "Return and Exchange Policy." In accordance with Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to a 7-day appreciation period. You declare that your purchase is for personal or household use and not for commercial resale.
Section 4 - Pricing and Billing
Published prices do not include taxes, shipping fees, handling fees, customs duties, or import fees (unless explicitly stated otherwise). Import duties generated by international orders are borne by the buyer. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information.
Section 5 - Product Production, Shipping, and Delivery
5.1 Product Preparation and Production Time
After confirming the order payment, our company will arrange shipping or schedule production based on the product type:
- In-stock items: Shipment will be completed within 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed (excluding national holidays and weekends).
- Pre-order items: Made-to-order. Standard production time is 21 to 30 business days (excluding logistics delivery time).
- Custom series: Special customized service. Production time depends on design complexity and schedule. The actual delivery date will be subject to mutual agreement and confirmation.
5.2 Shipping Fee Calculation and Free Shipping Threshold
Taiwan Island Delivery:
- Delivery method: Courier / Home delivery.
- Shipping standard: A fixed shipping fee of NT$100 per order.
- Promotional offer: Free shipping for orders totaling NT$5,000 or more.
International Delivery:
- Cooperative logistics: Primarily entrusted to Yamato Transport or relevant international logistics partners for delivery.
- Shipping standard: A fixed shipping fee of NT$1500 per order.
- Promotional offer: Free shipping for orders totaling NT$15,000 or more.
5.3 Delivery Time and Risk Disclaimer
Estimated delivery time: In-stock items for Taiwan Island are expected to arrive approximately 3 to 4 business days after shipment. For pre-order and custom items, the aforementioned production time must be added to the delivery time.
Exclusion of third-party logistics liability: The above delivery times are estimates only, and actual delivery times depend on the operations of the logistics company. Our company shall not be liable for any compensation or breach of contract due to delivery delays caused by logistics companies (such as Yamato Transport), air transport delays, weather conditions, force majeure events, or customs inspections.
5.4 Customs Duties and International Clearance
- For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or customs clearance fees that may arise when the goods arrive in the destination country shall be borne by the recipient (buyer). If the package is returned or destroyed due to the buyer's refusal to pay the aforementioned fees, all related losses and expenses shall be borne by the buyer.
Section 6 - Intellectual Property
All content within the Service (including but not limited to Hozospaul's brand name, text, images, designs, and slogans) is owned by Qingtong Enterprise Co. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
Section 9 - Relationship with Shopify
You acknowledge and agree that you are transacting directly with Hozospaul. Shopify provides technical support only and is not responsible for any sales, product damage, or loss between you and us.
Section 10 - Privacy Policy
The collection and processing of your personal information are governed by our "Privacy Policy" and Shopify's Privacy Policy.
Section 11 - Feedback
If you submit comments, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us authorization to use, modify, or distribute such content without payment. We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringing.
Section 13 - Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, infringe on the rights of others, distribute viruses, or engage in any activity that interferes with the security features of the website. In case of violation, we reserve the right to terminate your account.

These Terms of Service and any agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). For any disputes arising from this agreement, both parties agree to designate the Taichung District Court in Taiwan as the court of first instance with jurisdiction.
