Application Period
In accordance with consumer protection laws, we offer a 7-day appreciation period. Please contact us to submit your application within 7 days of receiving the item; late applications will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility and Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original complete packaging. Please be sure to include a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number) when applying.

Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Item: Shipping costs will be borne by Hozospaul. Please inspect the item immediately upon receipt. If there is a defect, please take photos and contact us for evaluation and correction.
- Incorrect Size or Personal Preference: To ensure a worry-free shopping experience, the brand offers one free return or exchange service.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-Made Items: Items specially produced for you are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Personal Hygiene Products: Due to hygiene and safety considerations, certain personal care or beauty products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Sale Items and Gift Cards: Promotional items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Refund Method
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, you can return to the original credit card, and the refund will automatically be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you have not received your refund 15 business days after approval, please contact us.
